This Olive Oil is 'otro nivel', because of its vibrant flavors and aromas. Furthermore, no filtering means that all the good stuff that provides health benefits remains inside.
Every year in November, during the first weeks of harvest, a limited quantity of fresh, unfiltered olive oil is made. It's not sold in stores, but people in the area come to visit the mill to buy this unique seasonal product.
It is a fresh, perishable product. That's what make it so special. Please use within 3 to 4 months.
Really great for cold dishes, such as salad, on bread, in spreads and for finishing vegetables, pasta and meats. I call it my special sauce and use it with practically everything.
Don't use unfiltered olive oil for cooking at higher temperatures.

This oil is so incredibly tasty it's unbelievable. My brother went to Spain on business and brought back two canisters of 1 liter. I've never had a better oil. It's 3/4s finished. Thought I'd buy a new canisters on-line but alas.
