Recap: The Success of the Unfiltered Oil last November

Last summer, during the holidays, the idea came up to bring truly great olive oil from Spain to friends, family, and colleagues. I’ve been buying my oil straight from a local mill for a few years now—the one run by Albert and Montse at Set d'Oli. After a chat with Albert, I decided to take a different approach and sell fresh, unfiltered olive oil directly. 

At first, Albert and Montse were skeptical. Normally, they only sell their unfiltered oil to people who visit the mill in person to get it fresh. 

I was nervous too. I’d tasted unfiltered oil before, but never theirs. And I had no idea if people in the Netherlands would appreciate it.
