Once a year, during the first few weeks of harvest, we make a small amount of fresh, unfiltered olive oil. Last year’s release sold out much faster than expected, but now we're happy to be back.
Fresh, unfiltered olive oil is intense and very flavorful. It preserves all the robust flavors and aromas, antioxidants, and richness of the olive fruit. Pour it over salads, bread, fish, or meat for bold flavor and a real taste of the season.
It's not available in stores, and people in the area come visit the mill to buy some. With Atrevido, it's packaged and shipped straight to your home, right after it's pressed.
